Are you an experienced Production Manager looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale night shift operation within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? My client is a leading food manufacturer supplying major UK retailers and foodservice customers. Due to continued investment and growth, they are seeking an ambitious Night Production Manager to lead site-wide night shift operations and drive performance across safety, quality, service and cost. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant responsibility, offering the opportunity to influence culture, develop teams and contribute to wider operational strategy.

The Role

As Night Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional operational teams, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality and employee engagement. You will work closely with the wider leadership team to drive operational excellence, improve efficiencies and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the shift.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 10pm - 6am
