Williams Racing in Wantage is seeking a Composites Laminator Technician to manufacture precision carbon fibre parts for F1 cars. This hands-on role demands extensive laminating experience and a strong understanding of vacuum bagging and mould making techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a role in ensuring parts meet engineering tolerances, collaborate closely with QA frameworks, and contribute ideas for process improvement. A background in F1 or high-performance motorsport is preferred, with shifts from Friday to Sunday, 06:30 to 18:30.
