We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Executive Assistant to join Williams Racing in a pivotal role supporting our Chief Information Officer and the Technology and Innovation Group leadership team. This is far more than a traditional EA position. Sitting at the operational heart of the Technology and Innovation Group, you will act as a trusted partner and operational lead, owning the function's governance rhythms, driving process excellence, and enabling our leaders to operate at their best.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will provide dedicated, proactive support to the CIO and Technology and Innovation Group leadership team, managing complex calendars, preparing high-quality briefing materials, presentations and correspondence, and coordinating board-level and senior leadership meetings end to end.
  • You will own and continuously improve the group’s operational rhythm, including reporting cycles, action logs and decision tracking.
  • Building strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors and partners, will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications:

  • You will bring significant Executive Assistant experience at C‑Suite or equivalent senior leadership level, along with an exceptional ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute professionalism.
  • You'll be a strong communicator, highly organised under pressure, and someone who takes real ownership of the processes and outputs in your remit.
  • Experience of line‑managing or coordinating a direct report is essential, as is the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, insight‑driven briefing materials for senior audiences.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 is a given.
  • Experience supporting a CIO, CTO or senior technology leader would be a distinct advantage, as would familiarity with IT governance, digital transformation, or experience in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
  • Motorsport, sport or engineering backgrounds are particularly welcomed.
