Role summaries
Join the Technology and Innovation Group (TIG) at Williams Racing as an AI + Machine Learning Graduate, where you’ll help develop intelligent systems that drive performance on and off the track. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your skills in machine learning, data science, statistics and simulation to real-world motorsport challenges.
As a Software Engineer Graduate within the Enterprise Systems team, you\'ll play a key role in developing and integrating bespoke software solutions that support our Engineering and Operations functions, with a focus on PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. Working closely with engineers across areas like Aerodynamics, Vehicle Dynamics, and Vehicle Performance, you\'ll help translate user needs into high-performance tools that enhance reliability, efficiency, and innovation. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to systems that quietly power performance, while gaining experience in cross-functional collaboration and impactful software development.
As a Graduate Software/Data Engineer, you’ll help design and develop integrated software and data solutions that support core engineering and operational functions, with a focus on PLM systems. This role blends software development with data engineering, giving you the opportunity to build tools that streamline workflows, manage complex datasets, and enhance collaboration across teams like Aerodynamics and Vehicle Dynamics. You’ll work closely with users to understand their needs and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that contribute directly to performance and innovation.
