We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to our organization. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and social media to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for various roles in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and professional networking to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Market mapping: Identifying and mapping target companies to create talent pool lists for hard to find and in demand talent.
  • Candidate Screening: Review profiles, resumes and cover letters, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates\’ suitability for specific roles based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, track candidate progress through the recruitment process, and provide regular updates to Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance our company\’s reputation as an attractive place to work.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their specific needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, labour market conditions, and emerging talent acquisition strategies.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruiting across the UK and Europe
  • Previous proven experience hiring across highly technical engineering roles
  • Demonstrable understanding of sourcing methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn tools, Boolean searching and sourcing platforms
  • Knowledge of various industries and job markets
  • Experience of working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast faced, high growth environment
  • Experience of passive sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A natural curiosity and tenacity
  • Ability to influence with data and insights
