- Identify opportunities and create a plan that drives efficiencies of process, ensuring the end-to-end hiring processes are fit for purpose, nuanced by department where applicable, and drive behavioural change in the way we interview and hire at Williams.
- Support in the identification and assessment of tools and technology to underpin the change.
- Work with the TA Leadership Team to identify and implement initiatives that further improve the speed and quality of hiring.
- Work with other CoE Leaders and Heads of HR to recommend change and set up project management implementation as required.

- Support the Head of Talent Operations with change management to embed new ways of working within the TA team and with wider stakeholder groups, e.g., Finance, broader HR including Org Effectiveness and Reward.
- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with communication materials for senior business stakeholders.
- Support broader Continuous Improvement initiatives & priorities within Talent Operations.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience of the full talent acquisition life-cycle either gained in-house or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment, within a complex organisational setting.
- A subject matter expert within the specialist area(s) and experience of delivery in a change environment.
- Extensive project management experience, ideally within TA.
- Experience of creating and providing an exceptional candidate experience, with an understanding of the correlation between the candidate, employee, and customer experiences.
- Experience of using data across multiple systems in a complex system environment to influence hiring managers.
- An expert in LinkedIn and Talent Insights.
- An expert in TA tools that accelerate candidate generation activity.
- Ability to act as a brand ambassador by actively promoting and representing a brand and telling its story through social media, networking, and events.
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder, with strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Ability to interpret, present, and explain information accurately, clearly, and in an appropriate way.
- The ability to work in a complex technical landscape and work with external suppliers and experts.
- A proactive approach, thinking ahead to pre-empt potential problems – planning for the next 3-6 months, rather than just for the here and now.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple deliverables at any one time.
- Excellent attention to detail.
