Williams F1 Team is seeking a Payroll Operations Manager to deliver accurate and timely payroll for all staff. You will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensure HMRC compliance, pension regulations and statutory payments, and act as the Payroll SME for the People Services team.
You will lead system and data improvements, manage payroll vendors and auditors, and drive AI-enabled automation across payroll processes while maintaining data protection and governance standards in a fast‑paced environment.
