Williams F1 Team is recruiting a Senior Design Engineer for the CBW group to own engineering projects from concept to detailed design, supporting R&D and production through build, test and fault-resolution phases.
You will lead fault investigations, mentor student engineers, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with aerodynamics, electronics, R&D, production and external suppliers to deliver lightweight, high-performance vehicle components.
