We are looking for a Procurement Business Partner to provide category expertise to the business, facilitating best value procurement to time, cost and quality imperatives. Working as part of the Indirect Procurement team, you will promote and implement high professional standards commensurate with the standing of the business.
- Category Management: Oversee the procurement process across Indirect Procurement, including, but not limited to Marketing, Professional Services & HR.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Contract Management: Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure procurement activities align with business goals.
- Continuously improve procurement processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Analyse procurement data to identify trends, track savings, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, with a strong focus on Marketing, Professional Services and HR categories.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indirect procurement, including market trends, cost drivers, and best practices.
