The Partner Logistics Coordinator, will work with the Marketing, Merchandising and Events teams to support planning, delivery and compliance of shipments.
Main Duties:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing and event logistics. Advising on planning and compliance decisions to support successful deployment of event plans.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments (Import/export) ensuing timely and cost-effective deliveries, liaising with freight forwarders, couriers and customs agents to manage shipping schedules and documentation.
- Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation (e.g invoices, packing lists) in advance of shipments, monitor shipment tracking and update internal teams on delivery progress, resolving issues as they arise.
- Continuously improve the shipping request and booking process, using systems where necessary to enabling accurate, auditable records of shipment and cost for all movements. Providing partners with final logistics costs to enable financial invoicing as required.
- Issue import and export clearance instructions for all international event and marketing logistics ensuring compliance at all times.
- Collate costs and supply a single, correctly coded invoice to the partner manager to cover recharge costs per event.
- Provide occasional support to the wider logistics team when required.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience Level:
- At least 2 years’ experience within logistics
- Experience in Motorsport would be beneficial
- Holder of Forklift Licence (Preferred not essential)
