Shift Pattern (Weekend B) - Sat - Mon (33hrs) + Base Salary + Shift Premium

YOUR ROLE IN THE FIGHT FOR THE FRONT ROW

As Laminating Team Leader, you’ll be the heartbeat of the shift technically elite, relentlessly driven and the person your team looks to when the pressure is on. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, driving quality and output that feeds directly into a car built to compete at the very highest level of motorsport.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in complex composite laminating; you know your materials, your processes and your craft inside out, and you can coach others to the same elite standard.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performance manufacturing team where speed, precision and zero defects are the only acceptable outcome.
  • A qualification or completed apprenticeship in composite engineering or a related discipline; you know your foundations are solid.
  • Sharp communication skills and the natural authority to keep a team locked onto targets when the heat is on and the schedule won’t move.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the drive to push for world-class standards and not because you’re told to, but because second best simply isn’t in your vocabulary.
