Overview
As Reward & Benefits Manager, you will lead the design and operation of reward programs and benefits with a data-driven mindset. You’ll ensure accurate governance, oversee annual pay reviews, and manage benefit providers while contributing to a modern, insight-led reward strategy. You work closely with People & Culture to support a top-tier employee experience and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Lead operational delivery of reward processes (pay reviews, bonuses, benefit renewals)
- Maintain accurate reward data in People systems and ensure governance
- Produce analytics, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making
- Act as operational owner for Workday Advanced Compensation and coordinate with People Systems
- Support modelling, costing, and evaluation of reward outcomes
- Manage full suite of employee benefits and relationships with providers
- Develop flexible benefits for diverse demographics and oversee renewals and scheme changes
- Communicate benefits effectively and monitor uptake to improve offering
- Guide managers on reward policies and stay compliant with legislation
- Lead or support reward-related projects (system upgrades, policy reviews, process improvements)
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and leverage AI with People Systems team
Key requirements
- Proven experience in reward, benefits, or HR operations
- Strong knowledge of reward practices, processes, and regulatory considerations
- High proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and advanced Excel
- Excellent analytical capability with data-to-insight skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
