Responsibilities
- Lead and support improvement projects to raise standard operating procedures and right‑first‑time quality
- Perform root cause analyses and investigations across manufacturing domains (Composite, Metallic, ADM)
- Promote quality culture and awareness across departments; support onboarding and training
- Demonstrate performance excellence and deliver strategic quality initiatives
- Participate in Lean health checks, time & motion studies, and benchmarking to reduce waste
- Collaborate with CI and QE teams to standardize learning from root cause data
- Support data‑driven decision making and robust data capture for improvement initiatives
- Assist in change management activities including stakeholder engagement and communication planning
Key requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
