Overview
In this role you will provide category expertise to enable best-value procurement across indirect categories, working with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll operate within Indirect Procurement to uphold high professional standards and build cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment. You will lead category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract governance while driving process improvements and data-driven insights. This role offers impact through cost optimization and supplier performance in a fast-paced, innovation-driven team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the procurement process for Indirect Procurement (Marketing, Professional Services & HR)
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships ensuring compliance and quality
- Negotiate and manage contracts with favorable terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business goals
- Continuously improve procurement processes and workflows for efficiency
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, track savings, and report KPIs
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with policies, procedures and regulations
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Indirect Procurement (Marketing, Professional Services and HR)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools
- In-depth understanding of indirect procurement, market trends, cost drivers, and best practices
