This is a people‑facing role at the heart of our site, ensuring every staff member, contractor, visitor, and VIP receives a first‑class welcome while living our values of teamwork and excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing access control for visitors to the Experience Centre and F1 site
- Logging contractors on and off site
- Recording all deliveries: time in / time out
- Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately (including call screening)
- Handling visitor/guest queries from staff
- Monitoring the CCTV system
- Issuing security passes and ensuring only authorised individuals enter the site
- Maintaining door access and gatehouse barrier records
- Logging staff entering without an access card, lost property and relevant information
- Controlling and recording the issue of keys
- Welcoming all visitors, contractors and delivery drivers and directing them to the correct destination
- Responding to emergencies (fire, flood, first‑aid situations) and notifying the correct teams
- Helping prevent theft and safety issues by being vigilant
- Working solo at times, mainly weekends and bank holidays
- Conducting regular site and building patrols

Qualifications

- Confident using clear English grammar and language
- Experience dealing with people is an advantage
