Salary
We offer a competitive basic salary of £32,000 to £37,000 (dependent on qualifications), with realistic on‑target earnings of £37,400 up to £42,400, plus paid Saturday overtime. As your skills and experience develop, our structured career and training pathway can take your earnings up to £56,400 OTE.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm (42.5 hours)
- Saturday mornings: 8:30am - 12:30pm (on a rota basis)

Your role
- Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to a high standard
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using computer‑based diagnostics
- Repairing or replacing faulty components efficiently and safely
- Road testing vehicles to ensure work is completed correctly
- Following manufacturer and internal checklists and procedures
- Taking pride in tools, equipment and workshop standards
What We’re Looking For
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- City & Guilds Level 3 or IMI Level 3 qualification (please talk to us if you’ve got Level 2)
- Strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach
- A proactive, positive attitude
- Genuine pride in your work and a commitment to quality
