The Technician role at Williams Motor Group offers a competitive salary of £35,000‑£38,000 (OTE). Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (42.5 hours), with one Saturday shift per month (8:30‑12:30).

Responsibilities

  • Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance to high standards
  • Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, using computer‑based diagnostic equipment
  • Repair or replace broken or defective parts
  • Road test vehicles to check repairs
  • Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in good condition
  • Follow checklists to ensure all procedures are completed

Requirements

  • A full valid UK driving licence
  • City & Guilds Level 3 / IMI Level 3 qualification
  • Strong communication skills to work well as part of the wider team
