Working Hours

8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday (45 hours), plus Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm on a rota basis.

Role Overview

As part of the Aftersales team, the EVHC Specialist will liaise with customers to ensure their service, repair and health check needs are met to the highest standards possible. You will proactively follow up, up-sell and prospecting activities to build the volume of work for the service department as well as additional products. You will be responsible for loading of the workshop system to ensure efficient utilisation of the workshop capacity, as well as liaising with parts and service departments on pricing.

Qualifications

Experience, ideally within a prestige dealership would be an advantage.
