Working hours 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (40 hours)
Our CRM Controllers fulfil a unique role within Williams. As a CRM controller your role is responsible for providing vital support for every department ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry to customer satisfaction for both Sales and Aftersales services.
Key responsibilities include monitoring data quality, producing reports, database maintenance, processing enquiries, and recording customer satisfaction surveys. This requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will also be responsible of overseeing the CRM Administrator and ensuring their daily tasks are carried out to a high standard with accuracy and efficiency.
The role requires a proactive contributor to the Williams culture, being an ambassador for various staff incentives promoting its values and enhancing its family-oriented atmosphere. Experience of the motor industry would also be an advantage, but is not essential.
