We are looking for an experienced and results-driven MINI Used Car Sales Manager to lead the Used Car Sales Department and deliver agreed sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets while maintaining MINI brand and company standards.

Responsibilities for Used Car Sales Manager:
- Achieve agreed used car sales, gross profit.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the used car sales team, including recruitment and performance management.
- Implement trading policies and take corrective action where performance falls below target.
- Maximise sales effectiveness through customer follow-up, prospecting, and activity management.
- Ensure customer queries and complaints are handled professionally and in line with company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and compliance with Health & Safety and MINI franchise standards.
- Provide regular performance reports to the Head of Business and senior management.
Requirements for Used Car Sales Manager:
