We are now looking for a skilled SMART Technician to join our Bodyshop. Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm with occasional overtime on Saturday mornings (8:30am-12:30pm) as required.
About the Role: As a SMART Technician, you will carry out cosmetic repairs across a range of vehicle components, ensuring every repair meets Williams’ exacting standards. Working within our premium Bodyshop environment, you’ll deliver efficient, accurate and safe repairs while supporting our wider team and providing excellent customer service.
What we’re looking for:
- Bodyshop/SMART experience in paint, refinishing or cosmetic repair
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly
- Proactive, solution‑focused mindset and ability to work to set times
- Full UK driving licence
