Warehouse Supervisor required for a successful and well established industrial environment. You will benefit from working within a small and friendly team who will support you within your role. This is a role where you will have the scope to make improvements and help shape the success of the business moving forward.

The role would suit applicants who have experience working within ANY warehouse background. Warehouse Supervisors or warehouse team leaders who have experience working within a manufacturing, process or production environment will have a considerable advantage. You will ideally have previous experience managing a small team. Warehouse professionals will ideally have a current counterbalance license.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will manage the day to day operations of small warehouse facility. As part of your role, you will manage and coordinate 2 members of staff. You will oversee all goods in and dispatch activities, ensuring all stock is accurately stored / logged and all orders are sent to customer specification, on time in full. You will have involvement with third party logistics / freight companies, ordering and arranging transport for goods. You will be responsible for ensuring the Warehouse Management System is updated and correct at all times. Health and safety within the warehouse facility will also be part of your role.

  • Accurate packaging and labelling of orders for dispatch

Qualifications

  • Can transfer from ANY warehouse background
  • Applicants from a manufacturing, production or processing environment will have a considerable advantage
  • Must have previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Will ideally have a current / valid counterbalance license
