This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and well-established business who have exciting plans for growth. This is a hands-on position where you will help shape the success of the business moving forward.

The role would suit Product Managers from any commercial background. Applicants who have previous experience in manufacturing or engineering will have a considerable advantage but this is not essential. You must have proven end-to-end project management experience and experience of managing multiple projects at a time.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role is varied and combines price management, product range ownership, marketing and marketing communications coordination as well as new product development. Essentially you will be responsible for managing products from initial concept through to delivery to the customer. You will act as the link between market insights, customer needs/requirements and commercial execution. You will take a lead in the NPD process working cross-functionally with technical, operations and sales teams. You will build strong business arguments for new products including commercial and market viability.

  • Price Management: taking ownership of pricing strategy across the company’s product portfolio. Leadership in price reviews and cost increase responses.
  • Project management of products from initial conception through to launch.
  • Product positioning to reflect customers' needs.
  • Development and delivery of company marketing and communications strategy.
  • NPD: Assessment of new product opportunities based on market insights and customer demand.

Must transfer with previous experience as Product Manager in a commercial setting. Cradle to grave project management experience. Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Product Managers with experience within engineering or manufacturing are encouraged to apply. Experience of coordinating marketing campaigns and branding will be advantageous but not essential.
