Reporting to the Foundry Division Director, you will manage and grow the top 10 foundry customers, aiming to meet sales targets. You will act as the "voice of the customer" on sales, design, quality, pricing, and delivery, and will focus on increasing sales and profits from engineering casting sales, supporting OEM growth, and export sales in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the top 10 foundry customers to meet sales targets
  • Increase sales and profit from engineering casting, OEM, and export sales in Europe
  • Coordinate sales efforts internally with sales teams, reps, agents, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to pricing strategy improvements
  • Represent the "voice of the customer" on sales, design, quality, pricing, and delivery
  • Support promotional and marketing activities
