ARE YOU A SALES PROFESSIONAL OR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE IN ANY CASTING OR FOUNDRY ENVIRONMENT? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established manufacturer who pride themselves on being a brand associated with quality. The role would suit sales, new business development or key account managers with experience within the foundry or castings industry. Applicants will ideally understand casting processes and be able to interpret technical drawings.

Reporting to the Foundry Division Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing the Top 10 foundry customers in the most profitable, effective and efficient way possible to meet the company's sales strategic aims and objectives. You will be the “voice of the customer” on sales, design, quality, pricing and delivery. You will generate increased sales and profit from the engineering sector casting sales, support the sales team in growth of the OEM business and support with export sales in Europe.

This is an exciting prospect for sales professionals or key account managers to join a manufacturer who have recently invested significantly in their facility and are striving for “World Class” manufacturer status. This is an autonomous role where you will have the scope to shape the success of the company moving forward.

  • Managing the Top 10 foundry customers to meet targets
  • Generation of increased sales/profit from engineering casting sales, OEM sales and export sales in Europe
  • Manage and develop the sales effort of the Foundry, liaising internally with internal sales, reps, agents and stakeholders
  • Contributing to ongoing improvement and development of pricing strategy
  • To act as “the voice of the customer” on sales, design, quality, pricing and delivery
  • Support with all company promotional and marketing activity

Must have a proven track record in sales and account management. Must transfer with experience in the foundry industry. Applicants must be familiar with grey iron casting processes.
