About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Buyer, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Purchasing Specialist to join a well-established manufacturing company known for quality. Enjoy working in a progressive environment that values training, development, and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and purchasing materials and services to meet quality, budget, and delivery expectations.
- Managing end-to-end supply chain functions.
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers, reviewing performance, and reducing costs.
- Ensuring all purchases comply with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
- Stock management and materials control.
- Coordinating global shipments with the import team and third-party logistics providers.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a buyer, supply chain, purchasing, or procurement professional within manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Ideally, working towards or holding MCIPS qualifications.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday, dayshift.
