This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and well-established business who have exciting plans for growth. This is a hands-on position where you will help shape the success of the business moving forward. The role would suit Product Managers from any commercial background. Applicants who have previous experience in manufacturing or engineering will have a considerable advantage but this is not essential.
You must have proven end-to-end project management experience and experience of managing multiple projects at a time. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role is varied and combines:
- Price Management: taking ownership of pricing strategy across the company's product portfolio. Leadership in price reviews and cost increase responses.
- Project Management: of products from initial conception through to launch.
- Product Positioning: to reflect customers' needs.
- Marketing Strategy: development and delivery of company marketing and communications strategy.
- New Product Development (NPD): assessment of new product opportunities based on market insights and customer demand.
You will act as the link between market insights, customer needs/requirements and commercial execution. You will take a lead in the NPD process working cross-functionally with technical, operations and sales teams. You will build strong business arguments for new products including commercial and market viability.

Experience of coordinating marketing campaigns and branding will be advantageous but not essential.
