Williams Lea seeks a SaaS Sales Account Executive to join our team!
Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled, technology-enabled, business-critical support services, with long-term trusted relationships with blue-chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms. Williams Lea employees, nearly 7000 people worldwide, who provide efficient business services at client sites in often complex and highly regulated environments, from centralised Williams Lea onshore facilities, and through best cost company offshore locations.

We’re a $6bn+ global services business with deep penetration across the financial and professional services sectors. Building on decades of trusted delivery, we’re now scaling a new suite of AI-powered productivity software designed to transform how high-performance teams work.
We’re hiring three high-performing SaaS Account Executives to help scale a new SaaS product from the ground up – driving growth through new client acquisition and expansion across our existing enterprise customer base. Given our position, scale and reputation in the marketplace the opportunity for SaaS growth is significant.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Sell into top-tier financial, consulting, legal and professional services firms
- Run discovery, deliver compelling demos, and close strategic deals
- Expand software adoption within long-standing service accounts
- Collaborate closely with product and go-to-market teams to refine positioning and fuel growth
- Shape the playbook as we scale — this is a frontline role in a new commercial engine
Personal attributes
- A proactive individual who builds relationships and drives new business
- Either a sales background or previous experience working for a consultancy
- 2–5 years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of closing
- Experience selling into enterprise or upper mid-market clients
- Familiarity with, or interest in, the professional services landscape
- Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Highly proactive, driven by outcomes, and excited by building from scratch
