Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (shifts between 9am and 5:30pm). An hourly unpaid lunch break (1 hour). Flexibility is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Review current workflows and consistently suggest improvements.
- Assess incoming briefs to ensure they are complete and clear, create detailed timing plans (where needed) and manage creative resources to achieve the brief.
- Ensure successful delivery of all creative projects, guaranteeing all outputs meet the brief and performing copy‑check where required.
- Own the Creative inbox, providing timely communication with stakeholders, confidently managing expectations and sharing project updates.
- Organise regular catch‑ups with teams to ensure work progresses smoothly, remove potential barriers and help prioritise daily tasks.
- Assist with HR and IT requests, including onboarding and recruitment of new team members and contractors; ensure internal and external resources have the necessary equipment, applications and workspace set‑up.
- This role serves as the link between the client and a busy Creative Team, ensuring jobs progress smoothly and efficiently through the studio. A balance of people and organisational ability is essential.
Qualifications
- Experience assessing design briefs and quality‑checking content for creative teams.
- Background in graphic design.
- Knowledge of video project management (ideal).
- Ability to manage workflow of incoming requests, assess briefs and deadlines, and assign to the correct teams or individuals.
- Strong communicator with impeccable attention to detail; excellent proofing skills and written and verbal English.
- Highly organised, focused on accuracy and quality in a relentless fast‑paced environment.
- Natural problem solver, focused, self‑motivated and forward‑thinking; ability to deliver projects to deadline.
- Calm within a busy environment; able to prioritise, adapt, multitask effectively, juggle numerous projects and adjust planning due to the reactive nature of the business.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for print, digital and video projects.
- Knowledge of print process and techniques, managing suppliers where required.
