Location: London, EC2M 2AT.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, working shifts between the hours of 8am and 8pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch. 1 in 4 weekend on‑call cover.

Work model: Fully onsite.

WilliamsLea is the leading global provider of skilled, technology‑enabled, business‑critical support services. We seek a Reprographics and Office Services Operator to join our team and provide pro‑active on‑site office support to legal fee earners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan, print, copy in various formats and sizes.
  • Finish documents using wire/comb & velo binding equipment.
  • Create e‑bibles.
  • QC all work.
  • Deal with incoming post: sort, scan and e‑mail to relevant departments.
  • Deal with outgoing post: franking/royal mail, book couriers, and manage incoming couriers efficiently.
  • Set up meeting rooms.
  • Support archiving requests.
  • Build relationships with clients and manage their perceptions and expectations by proactively supporting needs.
  • Support colleagues and work as a team in order to achieve the best results for clients.
  • Comply with departmental procedures.
  • Assist with stationery replenishment and record items that need ordering.

Personal Attributes

  • Previous reprographics experience is essential.
  • A proactive attitude, floor walking where necessary to support fee earners.
  • Good PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box and make decisions if required in the absence of the Team Leader or Senior Operator.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations well and act appropriately.
  • Display an adaptable and flexible approach.
  • Team player – personable and willing to help out wherever required.
