Salary: £32,149.70 per annum (including a 10% shift allowance of £2,922.70), plus company benefits
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 3pm until 12am with 1-hour unpaid break

Purpose of role
We are seeking a Presentations Associate to join our Onshore Delivery Centre in Leeds, supporting our client — a leading global law firm. In this role, you will work predominantly in Microsoft PowerPoint, supporting Senior Designers to create visually engaging and professional presentations that effectively communicate key messages. You will assist in preparing and formatting slides, applying client brand guidelines, and supporting the delivery of pitch decks, proposals, and other business presentations. You will work closely with Senior Designers, utilising advanced PowerPoint techniques, including the use of transitions, animations, and multimedia elements. While your primary focus will be slide preparation and formatting, you will contribute to the overall quality and consistency of presentations and may assist in creating simple visual assets when required. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive team player with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for visual consistency, who is eager to develop their presentation and design skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations using client templates and brand guidelines.
- Complete amendments to existing presentations accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on all work before submission and support random QA reviews.
- Estimate production times and communicate with Workflow Coordinators to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate job tracking using required software and workflow tools.
- Provide clear and comprehensive handovers for incoming team members.
- Collaborate with Senior Designers and team members to support a knowledge-sharing culture.
- Act in a professional and consultative manner with clients, providing updates as needed.
- Report any issues, risks, or delays promptly to relevant parties.
- Ensure adherence to departmental procedures, SLAs, KPIs, and security/confidentiality policies.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement and uphold presentation best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in design or Microsoft Office are advantageous.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in document or presentation production, preferably in legal, corporate, or professional services.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with strong knowledge of slide formatting, layouts, and design best practices.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for supporting presentation-related tasks.
- Familiarity with PDF editing tools and basic image editing software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and brand adherence.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of troubleshooting basic software and formatting issues.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
