Presentation Associate (Night Shift)
Salary: Up to ÂŁ27,400 per annum, plus a 30% shift allowance (ÂŁ35,620 total)
***Applicants must reside within a one-hour commute from Leeds***
Contract: Full time, permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 23:30 – 08:00 with a 1-hour unpaid break
Work model: Initial 6 months onsite, progressing to hybrid work

Purpose of the Role
The Presentation Associate plays a key role in supporting the firm’s delivery of high-quality, visually engaging, and brand-compliant corporate materials. The primary purpose of this role is to translate complex information into clear, polished presentations and documents that reflect the firm’s standards of excellence and professionalism. Working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders, the Presentation Associate ensures all deliverables are accurate, consistent, and delivered within agreed timelines. The role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail, contributing directly to the firm’s reputation for precision and excellence in client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal clients and team members to prepare, design, and refine presentations and related materials
- Produce professional presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Take ownership of assigned work to ensure final outputs meet corporate quality, accuracy, and consistency standards
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while adhering to quality control processes and brand guidelines
- Handle internal client queries in a professional, consultative, and solution-oriented manner
- Maintain detailed records for each project to ensure transparency and traceability
- Support effective workflow transitions by ensuring smooth handovers between team members where required
- Work closely and collaboratively with regional and international offices to ensure alignment and consistency across deliverables
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with proven experience in presentation and document production
- Strong proofing and quality control skills, with a critical eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Adaptable and flexible, with a proactive approach to changing priorities.
- Competency in Adobe Acrobat Pro (Basic to Intermediate)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent customer service orientation and professional communication style
