Salary: £19,232.63 per annum (£26,227.50 FTE).

Location: Newcastle, NE1 6QF.

Contract: Part Time, Permanent.

Shifts: 27.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 11am until 5pm with 30 minutes unpaid break.

Work model: Fully onsite.

Purpose of role

The primary focus of the Office Services Assistant will be to deal with requests which come into the Office Services team. The role is a key position on the DAC Beachcroft Williams Lea account reporting to the Office Manager. The main tasks include collection and opening of post within SLA, and special and recorded post processing.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the post deadlines are kept too
  • Reprographics, manual and via DocBuster
  • General maintenance of general office equipment
  • Assisting with moving and transportation of boxes around the office
  • Provide data and report any issues to Office Manager when required

  • Strong administration skills and fully conversant with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
