Overview
Office Administrator.
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday β Friday, 9.00am-5:30pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch break.

Williams Lea seeks an Office Administrator to join our team.
Williams Lea is a global provider of skilled, technology-enabled, business-critical support services for blue-chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms.
The role involves providing administrative support to enable legal services teams to focus on fee-earning work and supporting administrative operations across the Manchester and Leeds offices as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide a defined administrative service following standard operating procedures.
- Deliver electronic and hard copy file management services.
- Sort, scan, rename, and distribute incoming mail to the centralised filing area.
- Manage outgoing mail, collate hard copy enclosures and obtain approvals.
- Provide photocopying, scanning, and printing as per customer instructions.
- Handle original documents (e. g., wills and deeds) and prepare engrossed and certified copies of original documents.
- Prepare electronic bundles for the Courts.
- Raise queries with designated individuals as required.
- Maintain filing and work areas in a tidy and orderly manner.
- Monitor, maintain and order office supplies as needed.
- Prepare meeting rooms for internal and external client meetings.
- Provide administrative support for the wider team network to maximise efficiency.
- Be willing to travel to the Leeds office and support cross-site needs.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and other firm systems.
- Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible, dependable, and able to take initiative.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines and SOPs.
- Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic with a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Ability to quickly build confidence and trust with others.
