Location: Manchester, M2 1HL

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am until 5pm with 1 hour break with a degree of flexibility should the service require

WilliamsLea seeks a First Impression Assistant to join our team! The First Impression Assistant is the first point of contact for visitors calling or visiting our client’s office and is a brand ambassador for WilliamsLea.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meeting, greeting, and interacting with visitors, tenants and contractors
  • Monitor a busy shared Client Inbox
  • Internal call and email handling including taking and passing on accurate messages
  • Updating log-books and schedules
  • Processing deliveries
  • Ordering, organising and assisting with building events
  • Trouble‑shooting facility problems
  • Populating data collection workbooks
  • Ensuring that security to the building is maintained in line with guidance and standard operating procedures
  • Carrying out the reception training for any cover team members and identifying ongoing training needs for the cover team, liaising with the Team Leader as needed
  • Raising any concerns about process, practice or incidents as appropriate
  • Actioning any reasonable task instructed by your line manager or property manager
