Williams Lea seeks a Senior Creative Services Project Manager to join our team! Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled business-critical support services to financial, legal and professional services firms.
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to play a pivotal role within a high-performing, in-house global creative studio operating in the financial services/investment banking sector. This is a senior, hands-on delivery role for an experienced Creative PM who thrives in fast-moving, regulated environments and is confident leading multiple complex projects concurrently; particularly across video production, print, motion, and digital channels. You will lead by example: shaping project management best practice while personally owning the delivery of high-value, high-visibility creative work from brief through to final delivery.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leadership of Creative Project Delivery
- Lead the delivery of integrated creative campaigns across video, print, motion, digital, presentations, photography, audio and web assets
- Act as a senior operational partner to Designers, Editors, Producers, Workflow, Studio Manager and the Global Creative Director
- Champion calm, confident delivery in a high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environment
- Set and uphold standards for organisation, accountability, quality and creative excellence
Hands-On Project & Video Production Management
- Own a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects (typically 3–4+ at any time), confidently balancing priorities and deadlines
- Lead end-to-end video production, including: Post-production (edit, motion graphics, sound, delivery formats)
- Manage print production, including technical specifications, artwork sign-off and supplier coordination
Planning, Budgeting & Resourcing
- Develop clear scopes, timelines, estimates, and resourcing plans
- Manage budgets tightly, forecasting risk and adapting plans proactively
- Work closely with Workflow and Studio Management to ensure realistic capacity planning
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders across marketing, brand, compliance and leadership
- Translate complex briefs into actionable delivery plans, challenging assumptions where required
- Confidently manage expectations, risk, and change in a regulated environment
- Ensure all outputs are brand compliant, technically accurate, and delivery-ready
- Enforce consistent QA processes across video, print and digital assets
- Identify risks early and resolve issues decisively before they escalate
The 10 Critical Hard Skills We’re Looking For
This role is not suitable for mid-level PMs. We are specifically looking for proven senior capability in the following areas:
- Senior-level creative project management (owning delivery, not just coordinating)
- Hands-on video production management across pre-production, shoots and post
- Integrated multi-channel delivery (video, print, motion, digital, presentations)
- Financial services / regulated environment experience (or equivalent complexity)
- Process design and workflow optimisation within a creative studio
- Budgeting, estimating and commercial control
- Resource planning and capacity management across multiple simultaneous projects
- Quality assurance and risk management
- Senior stakeholder management with confidence and authority
- Technical understanding of print and digital delivery, including specs and formats
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Senior Creative Project Manager within an agency or in-house creative studio
- Strong, demonstrable on-the-ground video production experience
- Experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently without loss of quality or control
- Excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation skills
- Confidence working at pace with competing deadlines and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of creative workflows and production lifecycles
- Working knowledge of workflow tools, MS Office, SharePoint and asset management systems
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Background in financial services, investment banking or highly regulated industries
- Adobe Creative Suite familiarity (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Print or graphic design training
- Photography, videography, AR/VR or voice-over production knowledge
Why This Role?
This is a role for someone who:
- Enjoys pace, complexity and responsibility
- Is calm under pressure and confident juggling multiple priorities
- Wants to stay close to the work, not step away from delivery
- Takes pride in operational excellence and creative quality

We believe in supporting our employees in both their professional and personal lives. As part of our commitment to your well-being, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to:
- Salary sacrifice schemes, retail vouchers – including our TechScheme which can be used on a range of gadgets such as Smart TVs, laptops and computers or household appliances
- Life Assurance

You will also work for a global employer who is dedicated to offering each employee an enjoyable, challenging and rewarding career with future career development prospects!
Equality and Diversity
The Company values the differences that a diverse workforce brings to the organisation and will not discriminate because of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race (which includes colour, nationality and ethnic or national origins), religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation (each of these being a “protected characteristic” in discrimination law).
