Salary: 55000 - 60000 per annum DOE plus company benefits

Contract: Full Time Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday shifts between 8:30am and 6pm but flexibility is needed with 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Williams Lea seeks a Senior Creative Workflow Coordinator to join our team! Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled technology-enabled business-critical support services with long-term trusted relationships with blue-chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms. Williams Lea employees nearly 7,000 people worldwide who provide efficient business services at client sites in often complex and highly regulated environments from centralised Williams Lea onshore facilities and through best-cost company offshore locations.

Purpose of role: This is a varied role working as the link between the client and a pharmacy in the busy Creative Team to ensure that jobs progress smoothly and efficiently through the studio. The right candidate will have the right balance of people and organizational ability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review current and always suggest new workflows/processes
  • Assess incoming briefs to ensure they are complete and clear, creating detailed timing plans (where needed) and managing creative resource to achieve the brief
  • Ensure successful delivery of all creative projects, ensuring all outputs meet the brief and copy-check where required
  • Own the Creative inbox, providing timely communication with stakeholders, confidently managing expectations and sharing project updates
  • Organise regular catch-ups with teams to ensure work is progressing smoothly, removing any potential barriers and helping prioritise daily tasks
  • Assist with HR_FOREBASE/IT requests including but not limited to onboarding and recruiting new team members and contractors
  • Ensure internal and external resources have the necessary equipment, applications and workspace setup

Personal attributes:

  • Experience of working with creative teams in order to accurately assess design briefs and quality check content
  • Ability to manage internal processes
  • Managing workflow of incoming requests, assessing briefs and deadlines and assigning to correct teams/persons
  • Confidence in building strong working relationships with key departments and stakeholders
  • Strong communicator with an impeccable attention to detail. Proofing skills with excellent verbal and written English are essential
  • Highly organised, focused on accuracy and quality in a relentlessly fast-paced environment
  • Natural problem-solver, self-motivated and forward-thinking with the ability to work effectively to deliver projects on deadline
  • Calm within a busy environment, able to prioritise and adapt multi-task effectively, juggle numerous projects and shift planning as required due to the reactive nature of the business
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for print, digital and video projects
  • Knowledge of print process and techniques, managing suppliers where required
