Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hour's unpaid lunch break

Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled, technology-enabled, business-critical support services, with long-term trusted relationships with blue-chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms. Williams Lea employs nearly 7000 people worldwide, who provide efficient business services at client sites in often complex and highly regulated environments.

Purpose of role

We are looking for a Senior Designer who will be responsible for supporting the execution and implementation of print and digital projects. The main objective of this role is to implement and maintain a new visual identity system that includes digital design, social media content, data visualisation, marketing material, and print design. This means understanding and implementing consistent cross-media design principles and production processes to ensure that the design system is solid and well thought through.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver and coordinate design projects for both digital and print, working with other team members to ensure this happens in the most effective manner
  • Ensure designs are fit for purpose and provide feedback to the wider team ahead of deadlines
  • Ensure consistent brand outputs across all touchpoints
  • Own templates considering best practice for digital and print

Personal attributes

  • An experienced Graphic Designer with a well-rounded understanding of design and branding both online and offline
  • Able to work independently, prioritise accordingly, and iterate quickly
  • Ideally you will have worked within an agency as well as internally with an understanding of both operations
  • You will have a creative flair, an exceptional eye for quality and detail, and an aptitude for creative thinking
  • You will be knowledgeable in Design and have an understanding of competitors, emerging trends, and technologies to share with the team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
