Williams Lea is looking for a Presentations Designer to join our team! Williams Lea is the leading global provider of tech-enabled business and marketing services helping clients manage and transform processes through resilient, scalable 24/7 operations.
Purpose of the Role
The Presentations Supervisor is an experienced people manager with advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, and strong knowledge of Word. This role is responsible for managing a workflow queue in a fast-paced production environment and collaborating closely with the Design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a first-class service in line with Presentation Services processes
- Collaborate closely with the Day DPT team and Design team to ensure consistent service delivery
- Manage workflow and support day-to-day operations for a hybrid, offsite team
- Accurately create and update presentations/documents in line with client KPIs and deadlines
- Ensure all work is thoroughly quality-checked and delivered right first time
- Estimate production time to support effective deadline management
- Partner with the Design team on joint projects as required
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to manage expectations and operational needs
- Provide clear and comprehensive handovers between shifts
- Deliver template and process training to new Presentation Services team members
- Ensure compliance with all departmental, company, and client policies
- Maintain professional standards, including dress code and site-specific procedures
- Manage team performance, development, attendance, and annual appraisals
- Monitor and maintain SLA performance in line with contractual requirements
- Support the Account Manager with month-end and ad hoc tasks
- Deliver template training to new joiners within the Banking community
Key Competencies
- Proven experience in people management, with strong client-facing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (InDesign knowledge is advantageous)
- Strong capability in complex chart creation and troubleshooting in Excel
- Expertise in PowerPoint master slides, themes, and template creation
- Creative approach to presenting information in engaging, visually effective formats, using approved AI tools where appropriate
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong “right first time” mindset
- Excellent customer service skills and confidence in client interaction (verbal and written)
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines with flexibility and adaptability
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Process-driven mindset with an interest in automation and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with ISO audit processes and service alignment
- Ability to lead effectively in a remote or hybrid environment
