Williams Lea seeks an Office Services Assistant to join our team!
Purpose of role:
The primary focus of the Office Services Assistant will be to deal with requests which come into the Office Services team.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the post deadlines are kept to
- Reprographics, manual and via DocBuster
- General maintenance of general office equipment
- Assisting with moving and transportation of boxes around the office
- Collection and opening of post within SLA
- Other Office Services tasks
- Special and Recorded Post processing
Personal attributes:
- Previous administrative/office services/customer service experience essential
- Well presented, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong customer focus
