Purpose of role
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Designer to join our team, based at our Onshore Delivery Centre in Leeds, supporting our client — a key global law firm.
In this senior role, you will work predominantly in Microsoft PowerPoint, creating high-impact, visually engaging presentations that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. You will be comfortable designing directly within PowerPoint, leveraging advanced features including custom animations, transitions, and multimedia integration to deliver polished, professional presentations.
In addition to expert-level PowerPoint skills, you will also use the Adobe Creative Suite — particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator — to develop supporting visual assets. Projects may include pitch decks, proposals, high-level business presentations, infographics, marketing collateral, and other branded content.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to interpret complex client briefs and brand guidelines accurately. You will bring a ‘can-do’ attitude, contribute creative ideas proactively, and ensure all work meets the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on best practices for presentation design, layout, branding, animation, and timelines to ensure impactful, polished deliverables
- Design and deliver engaging, high-level presentations in PowerPoint, applying advanced design and animation techniques
- Develop supporting visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools as needed
- Prepare and adapt visual assets through art working tasks such as photo editing and image optimisation to enhance presentations
- Manage multiple presentation projects at once, balancing shifting priorities while meeting tight deadlines and client expectations
- Ensure all presentations and supporting assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and relevant industry standards
- Collaborate closely with clients and your creative team, contributing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to presentation storytelling and visual communication
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality service that exceeds client briefs and ensures all presentations are compelling, on-brand, and audience-ready
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for presentation best practices and helping to grow opportunities through excellent service delivery
- Perform detailed quality checks on all presentations and assets to maintain accuracy, consistency, and the highest design standards within brand guidelines
Personal attributes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design or a related field
- Additional language skills;
- Essential: French and/or German
- Desirable: Mandarin and/ or Arabic
- Proven experience in a senior-level presentation design or graphic design role within a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with advanced skills in layout design, animations, transitions, and multimedia integration
- Proficient in other Microsoft Office applications beyond PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Experience creating and editing interactive PDFs
- Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple projects effectively while meeting tight deadlines
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues
- High level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all work produced
