Williams Lea seeks a Creative Videographer and Photographer to join our team! Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled, technology-enabled, business-critical support services, with long-term trusted relationships with blue-chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms.
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Creative Videographer and Photographer to play a pivotal role within a busy, in-house creative studio operating in the financial services/investment banking sector. This is a hands-on delivery role for an experienced creative who thrives in fast-moving, regulated environments and is confident leading multiple complex projects concurrently, particularly across video production, motion and animation, podcasts and photography. You will work within a small close-knit team: shaping project management best practice while personally owning the delivery of high-visibility creative work from brief through to final delivery.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Creative Project Delivery
- The role will involve regular interaction with workflow, clients, close collaboration with our additional Videographer and Senior Designer. Where projects have supporting elements, you will also be working with colleagues on the print and digital side.
- You will gain a thorough understanding of the brand and work with it to bring projects to life, sharing ideas and thoughts with the team and liaising with the brand team to ensure conformity. Working in a highly compliant environment, you will provide a seamless service that surpasses client briefs, whilst ensuring the delivery of on-brand highly creative material.
- Deliver integrated creative campaigns across video, print, motion, animation, photography, audio and web assets.
- Champion calm, confident creative delivery in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Hands-On Project & Video Production Management
- Projects typically include internal pieces to camera for various LOBs, internally hosted large scale event coverage including seminars, networking gatherings and exhibits, occasional larger offsite events, portrait photography in our onsite studio as well as animated product/process awareness campaigns.
- Own a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects (typically 3–4+ at any time), confidently balancing priorities and deadlines.
- Lead end-to-end video production, including pre-production (briefing, scripting, storyboards, schedules), and post-production (editing, motion, animation, sound, delivery formats).
- Planning, Budgeting & Resourcing
- Develop clear scopes, timelines, estimates, and resourcing plans.
- Manage budgets tightly, forecasting risk and adapting plans proactively.
- Work closely with Workflow and Studio Management to ensure realistic capacity planning.
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders across marketing, brand, comms, talent recruitment and others.
- Translate complex briefs into actionable delivery plans, challenging assumptions where required.
- Confidently manage expectations, risk, and change in a regulated environment.
- Quality, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure all outputs are brand compliant, technically accurate, and delivery-ready.
- Enforce consistent QA processes across video, print and digital assets.
- Identify risks early and resolve issues decisively before they escalate.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Strong, demonstrable on-the-ground video production experience.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently without loss of quality or control.
- Excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation skills.
- Confident working at pace with competing deadlines and senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows and production lifecycles.
- Adobe Creative Suite familiarity (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Preferred Experience & Skills (Not Required)
- Background in financial services, investment banking or highly regulated industries.
- Print or graphic design training.
This is a role for someone who enjoys pace, complexity and responsibility, is calm under pressure and confident juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in operational excellence and creative quality.
