Purpose of role
You’ll act as the central coordination point for a wide range of presentation and creative projects—from pitch decks and client materials to broader campaign and digital outputs. Working with a globally distributed team (design, motion, and digital specialists), you’ll take briefs, shape delivery plans, and manage projects end‑to‑end, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for project requests, briefs, and ongoing delivery.
- Interpret and translate briefs into clear timelines, deliverables, and project plans.
- Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of presentation materials (pitch decks, client presentations, credentials) alongside wider creative outputs.
- Coordinate activity across global, multi‑disciplinary teams (design, motion, digital).
- Attend briefings and work with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Produce time and cost estimates, managing delivery within agreed parameters.
- Prioritise and organise workflows across multiple concurrent projects.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date view of all live workstreams and production schedules.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Ensure all outputs are quality‑checked, on‑brand, and approved before release.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying more efficient ways of working.
Previous Experience
- Experience in project management within presentations, marketing, or creative environments.
- Strong exposure to presentation‑led delivery (PowerPoint, pitch decks, executive materials).
- Experience working with multi‑disciplinary creative teams (design, motion, digital).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
