Williams Lea seeks an Operation Account Manager in our creative area to join our team!

Purpose of role
As the Creative Account Manager you will be working as part of an in-house global creative team, responsible for representing a department that delivers exceptional design content including; Motion Graphics, Web development, Audio, Photography, creative PowerPoint as well as contributing to strategic campaigns. Innovation is key, with the client actively encouraging new ideas, software, and solutions. Any member of the team must be forward thinking with the ability to adapt and develop.
The Creative Account Manager will be expected to work collaboratively alongside Designers, Workflow, Studio Manager, Global Creative Director and internal Clients. With a primary focus to manage complex cross platform projects and campaigns from brief to delivery, resourcing projects accordingly and keeping them on track. You will be proactive and not afraid to lead by example, inspiring and motivating the team to do their best work. Reporting into the Senior Account Director you will work closely with the local and global teams and co-ordinate with stakeholders whilst managing suppliers and partners as required; attend client briefings, producing timelines, estimates and proposals are all essential parts of the role.
You will be the trusted owner of client relationships for multiple projects. You will deliver the lifecycle of each of your projects: kick-off meetings; scoping; quotations, resourcing plans; stakeholder management to delivery. You will work closely with our studio to ensure we deliver high quality work on time and within budget reporting progress to AM.
Key responsibilities
- To provide integrated creative solutions and campaigns that bring to life the content and ‘brand’ design. You will have a calm and mature personality with the ability to work both on own initiative, and in a team environment, often under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Liaise with and present to client in a professional and helpful manner, proactively managing their expectations building trusted relationships.
- Interpret and challenge the brief requirements, offering the best solution for clients.
- Take responsibility for escalating or resolving, as appropriate, any client issues, regularly communicating updates to the Studio Manager.
- Support the business to manage and deliver Client work, right first time on time.
- Help deliver the best branded solutions to the Client and market.
- Proactively providing Clients outstanding printed and digital marketing collateral, in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts whilst working with the Global Creative Director.
- Experience working with design principles of animation and moving image.
- To use the workflow software and adapt to any existing procedures within the team.
- Provide technical input and advice on print and digital projects as required.
- Ability to write print specifications.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality checking and accuracy.
Personal attributes

- Operational management experience, ideally within a creative field.
