Creative Services Project Manager
Williams Lea seeks a Creative Services Project Manager to join our team.

Salary: ÂŁ48,400 per annum, plus company benefits

Contract: Permanent, full time
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, MonâFri 7:30amâ3:30pm with a 30âminute unpaid break
Work model: Hybrid; 3 days onsite
Purpose of the Role
As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role within the Creative Services team, an inâhouse design group that manages numerous briefs on a daily basis. Innovation is central to our approach, with the client actively encouraging the exploration of new ideas, software, and solutions. Team members must be forwardâthinking and adaptable as needed. The team is involved in a diverse range of projects, from event and campaign materials to creating engaging pitch presentations.
In this dynamic and fastâpaced position, the Project Manager will support a major investment banking client by serving as the primary liaison between the client and our creative studio, ensuring seamless handovers and continuity across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met
- Serve as the single point of contact for the client
- Support Team Lead in resourcing the appropriate designer for each project
- Participate in pitch work and present to clients
- Interact effectively and positively in a fastâpaced environment with all levels of staff, demonstrating tact and diplomacy
- Build and develop strong relationships with clients, managing their perceptions and expectations
- Accurately assess client requirements, identify issues, make decisions, and provide solutions, addressing conflicting client requirements when necessary
- Coordinate integrated presentation and design projects from brief through to execution
- Review incoming briefs to ensure clarity and completeness; develop detailed timelines and resource plans where required
- Manage the creative inbox, triaging requests, providing timely updates to stakeholders, and confidently managing expectations
- Collaborate with the Design Team Lead to guide stakeholders through production processes and ensure effective allocation of work
- Oversee quality control of deliverables, including proofreading and copy checks as necessary, organise regular team checkâins to review work in progress, prioritise daily tasks, and identify any blockers or challenges
- Evaluate current workflows and proactively suggest improvements to increase efficiency and output quality
- Minimum of 1â5 yearsâ experience within investment banking, asset management, or a creative, production, or integrated agency environment
- Demonstrable experience working with creative teams and managing internal processes across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with impeccable attention to detail
- Confident building and maintaining strong working relationships with crossâfunctional teams and key stakeholders
- A proactive problemâsolver who remains calm under pressure, is selfâmotivated, and adapts easily in a fastâpaced, reactive environment
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to review and work with master templates, make layout adjustments, and ensure presentation consistency
- Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills, with the ability to adjust plans as needed
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and experience managing print, digital, and video projects
- Calm and mature personality with the ability to work both on own initiative and in a team environment, often under pressure and to strict deadlines
