Williams Lea is looking for a Creative Integrated Designer to join our team!
Purpose of role
We are seeking a dynamic Integrated Designer to join our busy Creative team, based on-site within a client account in Canary Wharf. The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker, able to collaborate closely with clients and the on-site team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for representing the department and delivering exceptional design content for both print and digital platforms, while also contributing to strategic campaigns.
The role requires a passion for transforming content into impactful and engaging visuals across appropriate print and digital communication channels. The core responsibility is to deliver innovative and creative content execution across various media, maintaining a consistent look and feel.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated creative solutions that bring brand and content strategies to life
- Engage with clients professionally, managing expectations with clarity and efficiency
- Ensure all projects are delivered right the first time, and on schedule
- Interpret briefs effectively and suggest optimal design approaches
- Develop mood boards and creative briefs to guide marketers and stakeholders
- Proactively resolve or escalate client issues, keeping the Design Team Leader / Creative Account Manager informed
- Deliver polished, brand-compliant print and digital assets that exceed expectations
- Produce visually engaging marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the creative team to generate new ideas and concepts
- Use workflow tools effectively and adapt to team processes
- Provide technical advice and input on both print and digital formats
- Prepare final artwork for production and generate accurate print specifications
Key Competencies
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Clear and effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proven experience in both print and digital/motion design
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Client-focused approach, with a commitment to team collaboration and shared success
Key Skills
- Formal training in graphic design or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to deliver creative and effective design solutions within corporate brand guidelines
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to visualise ideas clearly

- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail

- Flexibility with working hours to meet project and client needs
Advantageous Skills
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with Adobe XD and/or Figma
- Exposure to AR/VR technologies
