Williams Lea Bath is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to manage the Front of House team at the Bath site.

You will lead daily operations, coordinate HR processes, and ensure high-standard service to clients while maintaining confidentiality in a corporate, regulated environment.

You will work closely with the Account Manager and Facilities Manager, develop staff, run monthly 1-1s, and drive improvements across the business services team.

This role is office-based.
