Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled, technology-enabled, business-critical support services, with long-term trusted relationships with blue-chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team in delivering exceptional client service within a high-volume environment. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing case documentation, liaising confidently with clients, courts, and solicitors, and ensuring the accurate processing of information.

Key responsibilities:
- Working as part of a larger team administering Client Accept Service paperwork, following agreed processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of information
- Setting up new cases on behalf of a law firm
- Reviewing documentation
- Dealing with incoming mail
- Role requires data entry and validation of information so accuracy and attention to detail is critical
- Liaising with Courts, Clients and Claimant solicitors by telephone in order to clarify received or missing information
- Handling confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols
- Answering a handful of inbound calls from clients each day
- Making outgoing calls to clients to obtain missing information
- Other administrative duties, as required
- Adhere to defined standards and processes
- Have the ability to deal with client issues quickly and effectively, seeking assistance when required
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients providing assistance and advice as and when required
