Williams Lea seeks a Senior Creative Designer to join our team. Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled, technology-enabled, business-critical support services, with long-term trusted relationships with blue-chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms.
Purpose of role:
We are looking for a Senior Designer who will be responsible for supporting the execution and implementation of print and digital projects. The main objective of this role is to implement and maintain a new visual identity system that includes digital design, social media content, data visualisation, marketing material, and print design. This means understanding and implementing consistent cross-media design principles and production processes to ensure that the design system is solid and well thought through.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate design projects for both digital and print, working with other team members to ensure this happens in the most effective manner
- Ensure designs are fit for purpose and provide feedback to the wider team ahead of deadlines
- Ensure consistent brand outputs across all touch-points
- Own templates considering best practice for digital and print
Personal attributes:
- An experienced Graphic Designer with a well-rounded understanding of design and branding both on and offline
- Able to work independently, prioritise accordingly, and iterate quickly
- Ideally you will have worked within an agency as well as internally with an understanding of both operations
- You will have a creative flair, an exceptional eye for quality and detail, and an aptitude for creative thinking
- You will be knowledgeable in Design and have an understanding of competitors, emerging trends and technologies to share with the team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
