Williams Lea seeks an evening shift Presentations Associate to join our team!

Purpose of Role

The evening shift Presentations Associate plays a key role in supporting the creation and refinement of high-quality presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders. Working as part of a collaborative team, this individual will liaise directly with clients and internal colleagues to ensure deliverables are accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with corporate branding standards. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work from start to finish—ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and communicating effectively throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and amend presentations and documents in line with client requests and company templates
  • Ensure all work meets internal quality standards, including accuracy, formatting, consistency, and brand compliance
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting agreed deadlines
  • Provide clear time estimates and coordinate with Workflow Coordinators to support timely delivery
  • Develop a strong understanding of client expectations and proactively manage communication and feedback
  • Support and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented culture
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism, adhering to agreed working hours and service standards
  • Ensure seamless handovers between shifts and with colleagues across the team
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, and client‑specific guidelines

General Duties

  • Produce and quality‑check all presentation materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Proactively report any issues or risks to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure all completed work is submitted for quality assurance as required
  • Actively support process improvements and maintain a solutions‑oriented approach
  • Previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment is advantageous
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Open to learning and continuous development, with a positive, feedback‑friendly attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team success
  • Accountability for personal performance and quality of work
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (Office 365)
  • Familiarity with graphic production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable
  • Experience working in a shift‑based or 24/7 support environment is a plus
