Williams Lea seeks a Presentations Specialist to join the relief team. Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled, technology-enabled, business-critical support services, with long-term trusted relationships with blue-chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms.
Purpose of role: Our relief team offers a flexible solution to Williams Lea, often working on critical projects on client sites. As a Presentations Specialist within our relief team, you will be working various shifts covering holidays and sickness to ensure our services are fully staffed across multiple office locations in London, sometimes at short notice. Your role will ensure support to ongoing client projects and every task which is undertaken must be delivered with an exceptional customer service approach.
The role requires evening shift cover, to ensure a smooth handover across the multiple shift patterns and requires the individual to work as part of a team liaising closely with clients to produce presentation materials. You will need to liaise in a professional, consultative and helpful manner at all times. The role also requires you to own and take responsibility for the work, in terms of the final product, e.g. consistency, deadline management, accuracy and quality in accordance with the client's template and corporate guidelines.
You will work predominantly in Microsoft PowerPoint, working with Senior Designers to create visually engaging and professional presentations that effectively communicate key messages. You will assist in preparing and formatting slides, applying client brand guidelines, and supporting the delivery of pitch decks, proposals, and other business presentations. You will work closely with Senior Designers, utilising advanced PowerPoint techniques, including the use of transitions, animations, and multimedia elements.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive team player with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for visual consistency, who is eager to develop their presentation and design skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key responsibilities:- Create and amend PPT documents using provided templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Take full ownership of work quality and meet associated deadlines.
- Use various software applications effectively to complete tasks.
- Accurately estimate production time and coordinate with Workflow Coordinators to meet deadlines.
- Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to attendance and time management.
- Maintain a professional and consultative manner in all client interactions.
- Provide clear and comprehensive handovers to incoming team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with graphics production tools is a plus.
- Experience in desktop publishing is desirable.
- Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment.
